Very nice, now im doing an awesome job... but...

I dont know how 2 twist lines! like the last person, i cant seem to find a tool that lets me twist lines. I can do everything BUT that! plz explain!

No problem , just draw your line and then go to Filter > Distort > Twirl.

Then just use the setting you think looks best.
